Prices for the packages below are sliding scale based on a variety of factors, including the number of locations involved, the number of guests, specific services requested, the necessity of hiring an assistant, etc. Each package can be customized according to your specific needs. Payment and Policies
The “Let’s Talk” Plan - $50.00 p/hour
A perfect option if you don’t want to commit to a larger package or intend to do most of the planning yourself. It can also supplement the “Get Me Started” Plan. Based on an hourly consultation fee, we can offer you whatever advice you need, provide any of the services described in the other plans, or help you with any other needs you might have.
The “Get Me Started” Plan” - $300 - $500
Want to plan your own event, but don’t have the time to check out all your options? Not quite sure how to get started? Benefit from our expert advice, the research we have already done, and the additional personalized research we will do on your behalf. This is a cost-effective way to design your ideal event that will save you time and money.
We'll cover:
The overall event, including your vision, priorities, and goals.
Décor and aesthetic considerations .
Developing a budget.
Creating planning timelines.
Recommendation of venues and vendors.
Everything you need to know that you may not have thought of.
Other advice, as needed.
The “Move Me Along” Plan” - $300 - $1000
A perfect option if you plan to handle much of work yourself, but needs someone to keep you on task. Based on a personalized time-line for your event, we keep in weekly or bi-weekly touch with you to make sure that key decisions are being made in a timely manner, that important details aren’t being overlooked, and that plans continue to move along. We’ll offer suggestions and recommendations as needed, but you ultimately be handle most of the arrangements yourself. The cost for this service ranges from $300 to $1000, depending on the type of event and length of the planning period involved. It also works well with the “Get Me Started” plan.
The “Coordinate and Oversee My Day” Plan:
$400.00-$1050.00
A good combination plan if you’ve done most of the planning yourself, but want to be worry-free on the day of your special event. We handle the details so you can enjoy yourself. This plan consists of a basic planning package and an add-on, on-site coordinator package. Both versions work well in conjunction with The “Let’s Talk” Plan.
The cost for the Basic Coordination Plan is $400 - $500 for up to 10 hours of consulting. This includes :
Advance meeting(s) and phone calls to review all the details of your
event.
Detailed, customized itineraries for everyone involved and all contracted
vendors.
Confirmation with all contracted vendors to review plans & itinerary.
Creation of detailed planning lists to make sure nothing is forgotten or
overlooked on your big day.
Creation of a detailed transportation plan for you and your guests.
Note: Extra hours are available for $45.00 p/hour.
If you are trying to save money, the Basic Coordination Plan may offer you enough help that you don't need an on-site coordinator. But if you want to be completely worry-free, we offer an "On-Site Coordination Plan," as well. Services include:
Oversight of rehearsal (for weddings/commitment ceremonies).
Supervise vendor set ups at ceremony and reception.
Make sure ceremony and reception follow itinerary timeline.
Assistance with guest needs.
Distribute final payments to vendors on client’s behalf.
Secure gifts and cards at end of the event .
Other tasks as needed.
For small additional charges, we can also provide baby-sitting and
someone to meet busses and drivers.
The cost for on-site coordination largely depends on the length of your event and how much coverage you need. Our 2011-2012 rates are:
$150.00 for 1-4 hours
$350.00 for 4-8 hours
$650.00 for 8-12 hours
Please note that while we offer the Basic Coordination Plan without the On-Site Coordination plan, we will not do on-site coordination without also having helped with the advance planning.
The “Do It All For Me” Plan - $1000.00 - $1900.00
A comprehensive set of services that are an excellent choice if you lack the time, ability or desire to plan your event on your own. Services include everything in the “Coordinate My Day” Plan, plus the following:
Face to face meetings to discuss everything from the big picture to
the tiny details.
Help developing theme and style of the event.
Budget planning .
Venue selection and arrangements.
Vendor selection and coordination.
Help with decorations and decor.
Coordination of rehearsal dinner.
Coordination out of town guest activities.
Assembling and distributing guest welcome bags or packets.
Other services, as needed.
The “Do Our Ceremony” Plan - $450.00
Designed primarily for wedding and commitment ceremonies, this is our recommended plan if you would like us to write and create a highly personalized ceremony, be your officiator, and lead the rehearsal dinner. The price includes an initial 2-3 hour meeting (or two shorter meetings), as much phone calling and E-mailing as necessary, and the provision of written materials to give you many creative idea for your ceremony. We will work with you until you are 100% satisfied. For an extra charge, we can also provide a sound system and sound engineer.

The “Let’s Talk” Plan
We will keep a record of our time and you will be billed monthly. Payment is due upon receipt.
The “Get Me Started” Plan
50% is due upon signing of contract. Balance is due one week prior to event.
The “Move Me Along” Plan
50% of fee is due upon signing of contract. 25% of fee is due two weeks prior to event; final 25% is due on the day of the event.
The “Do It All For Me” Plan
50% of the fee is due upon signing of contract. 25% of fee is due two weeks prior to event; final 25% is due on the day of the event.
The “Coordinate and Oversee My Day” Plan
50% is is due upon signing of contract. Balance is due the day of the event.
The “Do Our Ceremony” Plan
$50% is due upon signing of contract. Balance is due the day at the rehearsal or on the day of the event.
